His client had wonderful things to say about their time with him. “Waqar has proven to be a valuable member of our team. In a short time, he has learned enough of our system to design and implement a number of enhancements. We look forward to working with him and the Allshore team and giving him more challenging tasks in the months ahead.”

Nasir T., Waqar’s Team Lead, told us: “I have worked with Waqar since he started. He really has the learning and adaptive spark that every great developer has. He is one of my great team members, and has always stepped up when he was needed by the company and never complains. Once he learns something, he really tries to get an in depth grip on it and give efficient and productive output. His attitude is great and he is a great team player. Regarding my experience, it has been awesome. Since I had never had a night job before, at the start I felt it was difficult for me to adjust, but now I think “Why didn’t I start my professional career here?” The company provides me a platform for exploring new technologies and also learning old technologies. I learn here, I’m always ready to face complex issues, and I am sure to fix those complex issues that will help me to stand at the top.
What is your favorite framework to work in and why?
My favorite framework is MVC Modal View Controller in ASP.net. This framework is very handy to learn and develops robust applications. Beside this, I like to work in SQL Server. I have used it for complex store procedures in ERP for a large-scale business in my previous company.
What are the most important skills and abilities in order to remain successful in this career?
Hard work and passion are the key elements to remain successful in any kind of business. We only see the success of the best entrepreneurs in different fields, but we don’t see the hardship that makes them the best.

Some days we have to fix problems and on other days we have to test what we’ve built, and so this is a versatile job. My favorite part about my job is developing new logic and new innovation in the system.

If you could have a superhero power, what would it be?
People with superhero powers are not possible in the world, but suppose if I had one I would like to remove corruption from the world. I would apply the rules of justice and equality through the whole world and give free education to all.

Waqar is of course a cricket fan, and also loves watching movies. His favorite movie is Die Hard, but he also loves James Bond. Waqar told us, “The last movie I watched was Skyfall and James Bond is my favorite character. This movie’s lesson to me was that you should never give up, even if the whole world is against you. Your struggle and hard work will do tremendous things, even if you can’t believe on yourself.” His belief in hard work shows in his dedication with Allshore, and we hope to have many more years with this great developer.
