Both your Client Success Manager and Technical Success Manager are trained and prepared to assist, train, and coach your team members to solve any issues promptly. We will remain in close communication with you while we rectify the situation. If your team member continues to not meet your standards, we will recommend that you replace them, and we will begin looking for the perfect replacement.
