A Reflection on 2017 for Allshore
Hello everyone,
It’s hard to believe that another year is nearly finished for Allshore Virtual Staffing. I wanted reflect on our successes and what we have learned, so we can be a better partner for our clients, a better employer for our employees, and make 2018 even better than 2017.
Allshore is now an eight-year old company that was started during the height of the recession. We helped many tech companies get back on their feet by providing low-cost, highly-skilled software developers in the midst of some of the most challenging times for businesses. Today, with our economy humming along, Allshore hasn’t skipped a beat. We are still finding young companies that need extra help with their technology needs, but don’t yet have the capital to sustain higher salaries. We have helped several startup companies this past year execute their ideas and turn those ideas into tangible businesses.
Allshore has had many “wins” this year as a company. We retained 100 percent of our top management staff and over 90 percent of our senior-level software developers. I am very grateful for the loyalty our employees have shown to our company, and that speaks volumes about the type of environment we provide for our local and overseas staff. We truly are one big family and we all lean on each other to make the dream work.
We also have had many existing clients begin work with new developers, growing their teams as their businesses grows. This means our clients are loving our model and talented developers, and we’re able to help them continue to thrive. This is HUGE for Allshore, because if our clients don’t succeed, then we don’t succeed and we are particularly proud of the fact that companies make money by partnering with us!
Lastly, Allshore sales have grown this year by 20 percent. The bigger a company gets, the harder it is to keep high sales growth, but we have been able to achieve this with stellar performances from our sales, support, and development staff. We’re finding more and more clients that enjoy working with our teams and appreciate all we do for them as a company.
As we enter 2018, we will continue to improve our hiring standards, coding quality standards, and our collaboration with clients. We also plan to expand our services to include Virtual Assistants, Network Administrators, and much more.
We hope to make 2018 another exciting year of growth and partnering with like-minded companies that can count on us to be their go-to partner for employment needs.
